Dr. Theresa Pepcee’ Edwards has more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors with extensive experience in leadership, program development, curriculum development and strategic planning. Dr. Edwards also has more than 10 years of faculty experience, facilitation bachelor level courses within social sciences as well as facilitation of Career Development courses.
Dr. Edwards has a proven track record for developing and building systematic processes for micro and macro level programs. Dr. Edwards’ innovative thinking and savvy approaches are the platforms for creating quality programs that improve the overall well-being of those being serviced. Currently, Dr. Edwards is the Chief Operating Officer for a local business in Detroit, Michigan and is an independent consultant for a pharmaceutical company located in Mason, Ohio.
Dr. Edwards professional experience also includes more than 20 years of presenting at conferences, workshop, and seminars as a motivational or content speaker. Her career also includes, providing training to individuals and businesses, coupled with more than 10 years of one-on-one coaching/consultation sessions. In 2018, Dr. Edwards served as the keynote speaker for the 2018 Wayne State University, African American Graduation Celebration for graduating college students, their families and guest.
